Your Ford eBike arrives 85% pre-assembled. We provide a comprehensive tool kit and a step-by-step video guide to help you complete the final assembly in approximately 30 minutes.
What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 30-day return policy. The eBike must be in its original packaging and have fewer than 10 miles on the odometer. Please note that a restocking fee may apply.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Every Ford eBike comes with a 2-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects.
