Log into your Ford eBikes account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

Prepare for Shipping

Carefully repackage the eBike in its original factory box, ensuring all components, chargers, and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the box, then schedule a pickup or drop it off at an authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians inspect the returned unit to verify its condition, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
